Sometimes you just have a question, need clarification or want to know that the people behind the product (Obsessed Hair Oil) is real. I don’t blame you. That’s why I am here – to put your mind at ease. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. We are not some faceless company.

How long does it take to receive my package? We normally ship the same day or no later than the following day. So, however long it takes the United States Post Office after that.

Shipping

Typically orders are shipped each business day. If your order does not ship the same day you placed it, it is due to USPS pickup cut-off times. In this case, your package will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped using www.usps.com services, priority mail and priority international mail. Once a tracking number has been assigned to your package it automatically sends an email with your tracking information. In the event you don’t receive an email with tracking information you can email us at: info@obsessedhairoil.com

Please note: Shipping is free for those in the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories. For those exceptions and international orders, shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

For current international pricing, simply place an order; you do not have to complete your order, but you can set up your shipping destination and that will reflect the current international pricing for your specific destination.

Refund & Cancellation

  • We offer refunds on orders that are cancelled before shipment. We are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped.
    For all refund and cancellation requests, please contact info@obsessedhairoil.com.
  • Please provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Obsessed Hair Oil will not issue refunds if you provide an incorrect address.
  • If your order is damaged or missing, due to no fault of your own, Obsessed Hair Oil will refund your money or ship you a new product. Please contact info@obsessedhairoil.com to report damaged or missing items.
  • We do not accept returns.
